The return to the ClanBase EuroCup - 127 views - 1 comments
Some of you might remember the
Overload Gaming - Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory team playing a close and exiting match against
Fear Factory last week, where
Overload drew the shortest straw in the end. The match was the third round in the lower bracket of the ClanBase EuroCup XVII, and losing meant
Overload was out of the tournament.
However in the past week a lot of suspicious actions from one of the
Fear Factory players,
gnajda, were published around the Internet, forcing the EuroCup administrators to make a choice regarding the removal of the Polish team due to cheating.
Yesterday evening
Bartichello, the supervisor of the EuroCup, released a statement declaring the immediate removal of
Fear Factory, and the the Overload Gaming W:ET team reinstated in the competition.
Overload is to face
Impact Gaming in the EuroCup lower bracket final this Thursday.

Weird in Quake 4 opencup final - 154 views
Tonight our very own Quake 4 duelist
Richard Krooman (Weird) will play in the upper bracket final of the ClanBase OpenCup for Quake 4. His opponent is none other than the feared team dignitas top player
Aaron-Anton John Jones (HELL), who has a large amount of awards under his name including winning the ClanBase EuroCup Fall season last year.
Both players come into this final without having lost one match until now, so it should be a very exiting encounter. Sadly its unknown whether there are any Quake 4 TV IP's available.
