EMS playday three arrived! - 47 views

The third playday of the Electronic Sports League Major Series has arrived for the Overload Gaming - Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory team, featuring a match versus Cortana, one of the favorites of the group.

The last encounter between Overload and Cortana ended with Overload taking home victory. However both of the teams have not been sitting still and added a few new players.

Cortana will feature a lineup consisting of four of the best players Croatia has to offer, with the recent addition of both a former player of Impact Gaming and a former player of oceans6. The new lineup of the team lost against pstarZ last week, a team which Overload has already managed to beat.

Overload Gaming is looking to become the surprise of 2009, after an amazing performance (ending third) at the Crossfire Challenge 6, a LAN which took place in Enschede, The Netherlands, and featured top teams from all over Europe. The team already surpassed that result by taking down the team which ended second at the CC6, ButtonBashers, earlier this week in the ClanBase EuroCup XIX Winner Bracket final. Overload's campaign in the ESL Major Series has been a success story, with Overload already having beaten strong opponents such as pstarZ and Elite Operations Division.
