Overload Gaming renews its Call of Duty 4 efforts - 583 views
After fighting some tough battles at the Antwerp eSports Festival about a month ago, today Overload Gaming is delightful to announce that the decision has been made to renew its efforts in Call of Duty 4, by heavily restructuring the lineup of the current team.Overload Gaming will be saying goodbye to Sam Vis (alias uteLise) and Randy Deveijver (alias soose), Jeroen Tubee (alias xtctje) and Thom Veldhuis (alias qdam), who have all been great individual assets, but were unable to fit in with the future plans of the team. Overload Gaming would like to thank these players for their time, and wish them the best of luck in the future.
The positions left open by these lineup changes will be filled by the following players:
Nick Rupert, Vincent Jacque and Frank Jans-Beken will be joining the main starting lineup, and Antwan Kradolfer will be joining as team captain.
Taking these changes into regard, the lineup of the Overload Gaming Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare team now looks as following:
Antwan Kradolfer as team captain
Regular players:
Maik Gloudemans (alias vexzur)
Frank Jans-Beken (alias m1ndz)
Nick Rupert (alias remix)
Vincent Jacque (alias monkey)
Statement from Overload Gaming's head of management Floris Erich:
Exciting times are ahead of Overload Gaming as we and this team will try to prove our worth towards the Call of Duty 4 scene by participating in various LAN events in the upcoming few months, including the highly anticipated event organized by gaming community website Crossfire.nu, which Overload Gaming will be attending with both our Call of Duty 4 and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory teams.
Statement by team captain Antwan Kradolfer:
After having searched the right people for a long time, we have finally found the players to form a strong and talented team.
We are very happy Overload Gaming is offering the opportunity to attend the upcoming Crossfire LAN event, the Multiplay I-Series 35 and various smaller events, we will be training very hard to be in the best shape, and we will also attend one or multiple bootcamps to build up strong team relations.
